Here's a fun little diy project for you! Since we are gearing up for Wolfpack football season, my projects lately seem to involve the Pack and the color red :) This magnet actually started out like this...
This giant advertisement was placed on the side of my car last year during a game and we came back to the car to find this huge magnet! I decided to just throw it in the trunk and maybe I could think of something fun to make out of it (it was kind of shaped like a football, maybe I could make an NC State football magnet...)
After trying out the football idea, I decided my best bet was to cut out the biggest rectangle that I could.
It's going to look great on my car!
Next, I spray painted it white and got to stenciling. Let me tell you, stenciling letter by letter is more work than you'd think. But, the final product turned out great! And we are ready for game day! With this magnet, our car flag, my NCSU license plate and everyone in the car wearing red, the people of Georgia will definitely know who we are cheering for!
Of course it's raining here today when I decided to take these pictures.
I hope the rain is gone by this weekend!
