I love corny cornbread! and it's a perfect thing to make this time of year because it goes so well with soups and chilis :) This is my favorite way to make the Jiffy cornbread.
Recipe: Corny Cornbread
Ingredients: 1 box Jiffy mix
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 package of softened cream cheese (or less depending on your likes)
1 can mostly drained corn
Mix it all together and bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Now, go make a pot of chili and corny cornbread and enjoy! :)
